I am pleased you are here.
I know finding a therapist can be daunting. You have already made a great step by searching for a therapist. Sometimes it is hard to get started or to work with someone new. It is important to find a good fit with a therapist, who you feel you can trust and feel safe with.
I provide a space where you can truly be yourself; to be seen and heard free of judgement. Therapy provides an opportunity to explore who you are at your core, and how you relate to your unique life experiences and the world around you.
I aim to work in calloboration with you to decide what the most suitable way forward is. You are the expert in your life and know what works or doesn’t work for you. I am an Intergrative Therapist and there are a number of ways we can go through therapy, once we’ve clarified your goal we can decide which option aligns with how you would prefer to work.
My goal is to help my clients realise their potential and work towards the goals they’ve set for themselves. I believe that everyone deserves to live a fulfilling and meaningful life. Although it may seem challenging at the start of your therapy journey, we will work together to improve the relationship with yourself and others.
The relationship with yourself is the longest you will ever have. At times it can be the most difficult with symptoms of anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, attachment wounds, and life stressors. I work flexibly with your unique strengths and circumstances to help you make progress. There may be specific concerns or more general overall improvements you want to make. From the first session we will be working towards making improvements.
